Terms of use
By creating an account or using PHNX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Last updated: 15 October 2026.
Who can use PHNX
PHNX is for people aged 13 and over. Coaches must be adults who are allowed to offer coaching where they work.
The app is not medical advice
Programs (including the ones the AI builds), macro targets, meal and scan estimates, AI answers, the daily brief, the reviews and the sleep and energy scores are general information and estimates. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment, and the AI can be wrong: check what it gives you. Check with a doctor before starting a new program or diet, especially if you are pregnant, injured, ill or taking medication, and stop and get help if something hurts or feels wrong.
Your account
Give true details, keep your password to yourself, and use one account for yourself only. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Plans and payments
- Plans: members choose Free or Pro; coaches choose Coach or Coach Pro, and on Coach can add Pro for their own training. Pro, Coach and Coach Pro are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, sold through Google Play or the App Store, which charge you and renew them until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- One-off purchases: a program build (on Free), an extra build (on Coach Pro, beyond the month's builds) and a plan import (on Coach Pro). A build is used only when its program is delivered. Changes asked for in the day after a program is delivered use part of a build: of your plan's builds first, then of one you bought. An import is used only when it succeeds; one that fails costs nothing. What you bought stays on your account until you use it, cannot be moved to another account, and is lost if you delete the account.
- What a plan includes: questions, scans and program builds come with each plan by the day or by the month, as the app shows; a new day starts at midnight UTC, and a new month on the 1st. What is not used does not carry over.
- Scan credits: new accounts get a few, and a short video earns more, up to a limit. Credits have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or moved to another account.
- Prices: the store shows the price in your currency before you pay. Prices may differ between countries, and a new price for a subscription applies only from a later period, as the store's rules say.
- Refunds: Google Play and the App Store handle refunds under their own rules. When a store refunds a one-off purchase, what is left of it is removed from your account: all of it if it was not used, and the rest of a build that changes have partly used.
- Changes: we may change what the plans include. If a change takes away part of what you pay for, the app will tell you before it applies.
Ads
The Free plan shows ads. A video for a scan credit is offered on every plan and is always your choice. Do not try to earn credits by other means, or with more than one account.
The AI
The AI features are answered by outside AI services, named in the privacy policy. Do not use them to get around the app's limits, to make them produce anything harmful or unlawful, or to send them other people's personal details. Daily limits apply to protect the service.
Coaching
- Coaches are independent. They are not employed by PHNX, and we do not supervise or guarantee their coaching. A verified mark on a coach is not a guarantee.
- Coaches and clients agree their terms between themselves and pay each other outside the app. PHNX takes no part in that payment; the coach's ledger only records it.
- A member can have up to two coaches at a time, choose what each one sees, and end a coaching at any time.
- Coaches must use what a client shares only to coach that client, keep it confidential, and respect what the client chooses not to share. Coaches may import only documents they have the right to use.
- Ratings must be honest and about your own coaching.
The community and the marketplace
Community is coming soon. When it opens: post only what you have the right to post. No harassment, hate, nudity, spam, scams, or advice or sales of steroids, SARMs or other drugs. We may hide anything reported that breaks these rules, and suspend the account that posted it.
Listings are posted by people, not by us. We do not sell, deliver or guarantee anything listed, and we are not part of any agreement between you and a seller. Meet in a public place, check before you pay, and never pay in advance to someone you do not know.
What you post and log
What you log and post stays yours. You allow us to store it, copy it and show it to the people it is meant for, and to send it to the services named in the privacy policy, only to run the app for you.
Using the app fairly
Do not copy, scrape or take apart the app, interfere with it or its server, pretend to be someone else, or use it for anything unlawful.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from training, eating, buying, selling or coaching arranged through it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law that cannot be taken away.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will tell you before they apply.
